LEVEL 2 — DELIVERY

BIM Delivery Program
for Architects

Twenty weeks to the point where you can lead and deliver a design project in BIM — not just work inside one.

Level 2 of the BIM for Architects Professional Program.

This level is not open for direct enrolment. Every place is filled by Level 1 graduates who pass the qualifying evaluation. There is no application route and no shortcut — the pathway begins at Level 1.

OUTCOMES

What you will be trusted to do after Level 2

Level 1 taught you how BIM works. Level 2 is where you take responsibility for it on a project.

01

Set up and run a BIM project

Templates, standards, file structure and worksharing — the decisions made before any modelling begins.

02

Take a project to delivery stage

From schematic design to a coordinated, documented set an office could issue.

03

Coordinate across disciplines

Run clash detection, record and track what it finds, and lead a coordination review with structural and MEP teams.

04

Collaborate on a live cloud project

Shared models, controlled revisions, and issues raised and closed — the way project information moves between teams.

05

Automate the repetitive work

Use Dynamo to automate the repetitive tasks that consume a project's hours.

06

Hold your place in a BIM team

Read a BIM Execution Plan, take responsibility for your model, and work as the architect other disciplines coordinate with.

RUNS THROUGHOUT

One project, carried all the way to delivery

Level 2 continues as Level 1 did — a single project, developed week by week. This time it goes further: coordinated with other disciplines, documented to delivery standard, and reviewed as a complete submission.

WHAT YOU FINISH WITH

A coordinated, documented project taken to delivery stage — and a portfolio piece that shows an employer the work you can lead.

TOOLS YOU WILL WORK WITH

Autodesk Revit

Advanced modelling, worksharing and documentation

Navisworks Manage

Clash detection and coordination reviews

Autodesk Forma Design

Document Management, Design Collaboration and Model Coordination

Dynamo

Visual scripting to automate repetitive work

CURRICULUM

Seven modules, following a project lifecycle

The curriculum mirrors how architectural BIM responsibility evolves across a real project — from design development through documentation, collaboration and coordination. Everything is applied to the project you carry from week one.

01 Architectural Design Development in Revit +

Core architectural modelling workflows covering project setup, building elements, families, views, schedules, phasing and design options.

02 Construction Documentation and BIM Quality +

Preparation of coordinated architectural drawing sets, documentation standards, and model-based quality checks.

03 Collaboration and Model Management +

Multi-user workflows, linking consultant models, and cloud-based design collaboration.

04 Design Coordination and Quantity Validation +

Model coordination, clash detection, issue identification and quantity validation using coordination platforms.

05 Automation and Productivity using Dynamo +

An introduction to BIM automation — improving efficiency and reducing repetitive tasks in architectural workflows.

06 Capstone Discussion and Submission +

Consolidate your architectural BIM model, documentation set, coordination outputs and project presentation for final review and submission. A single master project, reviewed like an office deliverable and submitted like a real project package.

07 Portfolio and Profile Building +

Build a portfolio that reflects real architectural BIM responsibility, not academic exercises. Curated outputs suitable for professional portfolios and interviews, showing design intent, coordination thinking and BIM maturity — positioning your profile for what firms expect, not software skills alone.

HOW YOU GET IN

There is one route into Level 2

No application, no interview, no exceptions for experience. Every place is earned the same way — through Level 1 and the evaluation that closes it.

01

Enrol in Level 1

The BIM Foundation Program — 12 weeks, open to every architect, no prior BIM experience needed.

02

Pass the evaluation

Level 1 closes with an assignment and evaluation based on the project you have built across the programme.

03

Receive your Level 2 invitation

Everyone who passes is invited into the next Level 2 cohort, with joining details sent directly to you.

LEVEL 2 FEE

₹80,000

paid in full, incl. GST
or ₹1,00,000 in instalments

Level 1 is where you start. Its fee of ₹25,000 is separate from this one — two levels, two fees.

Questions? bhglearn@bimhouseglobal.com

Common questions

I already have BIM experience. Can I skip Level 1?+

No. Every architect in a Level 2 cohort has completed Level 1 and passed the same evaluation. That is what makes the room work — nobody is catching up, and the teaching can start where Level 1 finished rather than at the weakest point in the group.

If you already know Revit well, Level 1 will move quickly for you, and the workflow content is unlikely to be revision.

Can I enrol in Level 2 directly if I pay for both?+

No. Level 2 is not sold, and there is no payment link for it on this site. Places are filled from Level 1 graduates who pass the evaluation, and no other route exists.

What is the evaluation, and how hard is it?+

It is an assignment and review based on the project you build through Level 1 — not a written exam and not a memory test. It asks whether you can apply what the programme covered.

It is a real gate, but it is not designed to fail people. Anyone who does the work through Level 1 should expect to pass it.

What if I do not pass?+

You keep your Certificate of Completion for the BIM Foundation Program, which stands on its own. You can take the evaluation again with a later cohort when you are ready.

Am I obliged to continue into Level 2?+

Not at all. Level 1 is a complete programme with its own certificate, and many people will stop there. Level 2 is an option you earn, not a commitment you make when you enrol.

When does Level 2 start?+

The first Level 2 cohort begins in February 2027, formed from the Level 1 batches now open. Dates are confirmed with each group once the evaluation closes.

How is Level 2 delivered?+

Live online, twice a week, two hours a session — 20 weeks and 80 hours in total. The format follows Level 1: instructor-led sessions, hands-on labs, and regular reviews with structured feedback. Recordings are made available to every learner.

What certificate do I receive?+

Participants who meet the assessment criteria receive a Certificate of Completion — BIM for Architects Professional Program, covering the full pathway across both levels.

Level 2 begins where Level 1 ends

There is no other way in, and no reason to wait. Weekday batch from Tue 29 September · weekend batch from Sat 31 October 2026.
