Professional Readiness Programme

BIM for Architects

that prepares Architects to deliver, coordinate, and lead in BIM-enabled offices.

Next Batch Starts: 31 Aug 2026   |   Limited to 25 participants   |   Live-online

Start your BIM journey

Not another BIM Course. This is how BIM is actually done.

This is about:

  • Hands-on simulation of real Architectural BIM delivery
  • Real project workflows with practical decision-making
  • Architect-first BIM training (not tool-first, not vendor-led)

What this is NOT:

  • A Revit-only course

  • A generic BIM certification

  • A fast-track software tutorial

BIM for Architects

Most Architects learn BIM as a tool. This programme trains you to use BIM as part of architectural responsibility.

Industry-Led Trainer

Learn from a leading BIM practitioner who implements BIM on real projects across India and the globe, and has taught BIM at universities.

Architecture-First Approach

BIM workflows are taught from an architect’s perspective, focused on design development, documentation, and coordination—not generic modelling.

Integrated Project Work

Work on one continuous architectural BIM project that mirrors how real offices develop, document, and coordinate designs.

Professional-Readiness Focus

Build the modelling, documentation, coordination, and collaboration skills expected in BIM-enabled architectural teams.

About the Course

BIM for Architects is professional simulation-led course. It not just ‘another BIM course’.

Over 30 weeks, you don’t “complete modules”. You move towards real-world professional readiness.

4 hrs/week (2 live sessions)

What professional readiness means in this course:

  • Taking architectural decisions in a BIM environment
  • Understanding downstream impact (MEP, structure, documentation)
  • Responding to clashes, RFIs, revisions
  • Delivering models others depend on
Learn what industry needs.
Learn from real-world practitioner.

The BIM Foundation Program (BFP) forms the first 10 weeks of this pathway. If you have completed it, your fees are credited in full toward BIM for Architects.

Course Curriculum

This curriculum mirrors how architectural BIM responsibility evolves across a project lifecycle.

The curriculum is built around a practical, instructor-guided capstone project that starts from Week 1 and progresses alongside the coursework.
Learning is continuously applied, ensuring concepts move directly from instruction to project execution.

Module 1

BIM Fundamentals for Architects

Introduction to BIM concepts, terminology, and the architect’s role in BIM-enabled projects.
