HOW IT WORKS
One project, carried the whole way
You do not work through disconnected exercises. A single project moves with you through both levels — concept, model, drawings, coordination, construction documentation — the way it would move through a practice.
Taught live
Four hours of live class a week — two 2-hour sessions on weekends, or four 1-hour sessions on weekdays. Questions are answered in the room, not in a comment thread.
Applied to your project
Every session ends with the project moving forward one stage further than it was.
Reviewed as work, not homework
Submissions are judged the way a project reviewer would judge them — on whether the information holds.
Assessed, then continued
Level 1 closes with an evaluation. Pass it, and the same project carries into Level 2.
TIME COMMITMENT
Four hours a week of live class, plus assignment time. Weekday and weekend batches run the same syllabus.

PROGRAMME TIMELINE
When each level runs
Level 1 is 12 weeks, the final two given to assignment submission. Evaluation begins immediately after submission and runs two weeks. A two-week break follows, then Level 2 begins. Your batch stays together — a weekday cohort continues on weekdays, a weekend cohort on weekends.
Note: You enrol in Level 1 — Level 2 is a separate enrolment, open to architects who qualify at the evaluation.
LEVEL 01 — FOUNDATION
Six modules, one continuous project
Built to give you the right foundation — not shortcuts, not feature lists. Every module builds on the last, and every concept is applied to the project you are building from week one.
01 Introduction to BIM & Industry Context +
Before you touch a tool, you understand the process. What BIM is, how it differs from CAD, how real projects are executed, and where architects fit in a BIM team.
02 Revit Fundamentals & Project Setup +
The Revit environment, navigation, and the logic of how BIM models are structured. Project setup — levels and grids. Early-stage design workflows including massing and area analysis. A foundation you’ll build every future model on.
03 Architectural / Structural Modelling Basics +
Walls, floors, roofs, doors, windows, basic components. You build the core structure of your project. The foundation of your integrated project takes shape.
04 Views, Sheets & Documentation +
How drawings are generated from models. Plans, sections, elevations, sheets, annotations. The foundation of how every BIM office communicates design.
05 Coordination Awareness & Career Direction +
Coordination, clash detection, how disciplines interact — and a full career orientation. BIM roles, skills required at each level, and a clear roadmap for where you go from here.
06 Capstone Discussion and Submission +
Your project — developed across the first five modules — is reviewed as a complete submission. Not graded on perfection. Reviewed for understanding, effort, and how well you’ve applied what you learned.
Level 1 is where the project starts, not where it ends. Finish it, pass the evaluation, and the same project carries straight into Level 2.

Seven modules, following a project lifecycle
The curriculum mirrors how architectural BIM responsibility evolves across a real project — from design development through documentation, collaboration and coordination. Everything is applied to the project you carry from week one.
There is no separate application and no entrance test. You enrol in Level 1, build your project through it, and submit it at the end. I review every submission myself and give you written feedback — if something needs reworking, I tell you exactly what, and you send it back. Once it has been reviewed, your Level 2 place is confirmed. It also means everyone in a Level 2 room arrives with a project actually built, so the teaching starts where Level 1 finished rather than at the weakest point in the group.
01 Architectural Design Development in Revit +
Core architectural modelling workflows covering project setup, building elements, families, views, schedules, phasing and design options.
02 Construction Documentation and BIM Quality +
Preparation of coordinated architectural drawing sets, documentation standards, and model-based quality checks.
03 Collaboration and Model Management +
Multi-user workflows, linking consultant models, and cloud-based design collaboration.
04 Design Coordination and Quantity Validation +
Model coordination, clash detection, issue identification and quantity validation using coordination platforms.
05 Automation and Productivity using Dynamo +
An introduction to BIM automation — improving efficiency and reducing repetitive tasks in architectural workflows.
06 Capstone Discussion and Submission +
Consolidate your architectural BIM model, documentation set, coordination outputs and project presentation for final review and submission. A single master project, reviewed like an office deliverable and submitted like a real project package.
07 Portfolio and Profile Building +
Build a portfolio that reflects real architectural BIM responsibility, not academic exercises. Curated outputs suitable for professional portfolios and interviews, showing design intent, coordination thinking and BIM maturity — positioning your profile for what firms expect, not software skills alone.

Worth being honest about
A 32-week professional programme with an assessment in the middle. It suits some architects very well, and others not at all.
No prior BIM experience required. Level 1 starts at the beginning — whatever stage of your career you are at.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF
- You have never worked on a BIM platform, and want to start properly rather than through scattered tutorials.
- You can operate the software, but have never taken a project through on it.
- You have tried BIM before — on a project, or across the office — and within a year everyone was back on CAD.
- A client, consultant or tender has made BIM a requirement, and you are the one expected to answer for it.
- You depend on an outsourced BIM team or a junior modeller, and want to carry the project through yourself — concept to construction documentation.
THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF
- You want a software certificate quickly. This runs 32 weeks and is assessed.
- You want a fully self-paced course. Every class is live at a fixed time — recordings follow, but the teaching happens in the room.
- You cannot give it four hours a week of class, plus assignment time.
- You are looking for a guaranteed job. We offer placement support — profile, portfolio and introductions — not a guarantee.
You do not need to have used BIM before.
Whether you are in a firm or running your own, this takes you to complete capability to deliver architectural projects — of any size and complexity — directly on a BIM platform. And you apply it as you go, on the project already on your desk.
Start with Level 1, decide on Level 2 later.
Level 1 is open to architecture students and recent graduates — you learn the same workflows working architects use, on the same project, in the same cohort. Level 2 assumes you are delivering live projects, so take it whenever you feel ready.

The Level 2 fee applies only if you qualify at the evaluation and choose to continue. Nothing is charged for Level 2 at this stage, and nothing commits you to it.

Before you enrol
THE PROGRAMME
Who is this programme designed for?+
Architecture students, fresh graduates, junior architects and working architects who want to move from CAD-based work or basic Revit exposure to a clear, structured understanding of BIM in real architectural practice.
Do I need prior BIM experience to join?+
No. The programme starts from zero — what BIM is, how it differs from CAD, and how it is used on real projects. Familiarity with architectural drawings is helpful, not mandatory.
Is this programme for students too?+
Yes — Level 1 is open to architecture students and recent graduates, and no prior BIM experience is needed. You learn the same workflows working architects use, on the same integrated project, in the same cohort as them.
Level 2 is different. It assumes you are working on live projects, so it suits architects already delivering. Take Level 1 now and come back for Level 2 when you are ready.
Is this a Revit training course?+
No. Revit is taught inside the context of real workflows, not as an isolated software demo. The goal is understanding how BIM works — not just where the buttons are.
How is the programme delivered?+
Live online, four hours a week — two 2-hour sessions for the Weekend batch, four 1-hour sessions for the Weekday batch. The Weekend batch runs Saturday & Sunday, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM IST. The Weekday batch runs Monday – Thursday, 8:30 – 9:30 PM IST. This is a cohort-based, instructor-guided programme — not recorded content. Recordings of each session are made available to all learners.
Level 2 follows the same format — 20 weeks and 80 hours, with instructor-led sessions, hands-on labs and regular reviews with structured feedback.
What will I actually have at the end of Level 1?+
A complete schematic-design-stage BIM model with drawings — built through the integrated project — plus conceptual clarity on workflows, career awareness, and a clear roadmap for what to learn next.
MOVING INTO LEVEL 2
How does the Level 1 review work?+
Level 1 closes with a submission built on the project you have been developing all along — the model, the drawing set, and a short note on the decisions you took. It is not a written exam and not a memory test.
I review every submission myself and give you written feedback. If something needs reworking, I tell you exactly what, and you send it back. Once it has been reviewed, your Level 2 place is confirmed.
What if my submission needs more work?+
Then you rework it. I tell you specifically what to change, you send it back, and you carry on. Nobody is dropped from the pathway for needing a second pass — that is what the feedback is for.
And if you would rather stop at Level 1, your Certificate of Completion for the BIM Foundation Program stands on its own.
Am I obliged to continue into Level 2?+
Not at all. Level 1 is a complete programme with its own certificate, and many people will stop there. Level 2 is a choice you make after Level 1, not a commitment you take on when you enrol.
I already have BIM experience. Can I skip Level 1?+
No. Everyone in a Level 2 cohort has come through Level 1 and built the same project. That is what makes the room work — nobody is catching up, and the teaching can start where Level 1 finished.
If you already know Revit well, Level 1 will move quickly for you, and the workflow content is unlikely to be revision.
Can I enrol in Level 2 directly if I pay for both?+
No — Level 2 is not sold separately. Everyone arrives through Level 1, carrying the project they built there. It is not about restricting places: Level 2 starts from the model and drawing set you produced in Level 1, so there would be nothing to carry forward without it.
When does Level 2 start?+
Your batch continues on the same rhythm — weekday cohorts continue on weekdays, weekend cohorts on weekends. The Weekend Level 2 begins 27 February 2027 and the Weekday Level 2 begins 24 May 2027.
CERTIFICATES & FEES
What certificate do I receive?+
On completing Level 1, you receive a Certificate of Completion — BIM Foundation Program for Architects.
On completing Level 2, you receive a Certificate of Completion — BIM for Architects Professional Program, covering the full pathway across both levels.
What is the refund policy?+
If you attend the first session and decide to discontinue within 24 hours of it ending — and before the second session begins — 90% of the amount you have paid is refundable. After that, fees are non-refundable.
If you would rather pause than leave, you can defer instead: transfer once to a later cohort and resume where you left off, as long as you rejoin within 12 months. Full terms are on the Refund Policy page.
